Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide from our studio in Sydney, Australia.

All parcels sent with Australia Post are registered and parcels sent internationally are tracked.

 

I’ve ordered a print, when will my order be sent?

All photographic prints are custom printed here in Sydney and take up to fourteen days in production from receiving your order. They then arrive back to my studio where I sign the prints before they are carefully packaged and despatched to you.

 

Delivery Estimates (within Australia)

Please note these estimates are for delivery after your print has arrived in the studio.

  • Standard NSW/ACT/VIC Delivery: 2 – 4 Business Days
  • Standard QLD Delivery: 3 – 4 Business Days
  • Standard SA/WA Delivery: 5 – 6 Business Days
  • Standard Delivery Rural areas: 6 – 12 Business Days

Please note these estimates are for delivery after your print has arrived in the studio.

  • Standard UK Delivery: 8 – 10 Business Days
  • Standard USA Delivery: 10 – 14 Business Days
  • Standard International Delivery to Remote Areas: 14 – 21 Business Days

 

 

How will my order be packaged?

Gift size prints are wrapped in tissue, placed in a branded presentation box and despatched in a padded satchel.

Small, Medium and Large prints are wrapped in tissue, rolled and despatched in mailing tubes.

 

Duties & Taxes

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. Milton Gan Photography is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.

 

Can I track my item?

Yes. Once we have posted your item, we will send you a courtesy email that includes your tracking information so you can follow its journey.

 

I ordered from your shop but I haven’t received any email updates?

All emails will be sent to the address that you used when checking out in the shop. If you still can’t find anything please email milton@miltongan.com and you’ll hear from us asap.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

We would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases, so we ensure all items are professionally photographed and all items are listed correctly online with their size and dimensions.

If, for any reason, an item is not what you expected we need to be notified within 7 days of you receiving the goods. If you simply change your mind this does not mean you will receive a refund as all prints are custom printed for you. All refunds are at the discretion of us here at Milton Gan Editions.

Please note, there are no returns or exchanges for custom jobs where artwork has been made to order as we have made that artwork as per your spec.

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened please insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order, then let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims. In the unlikely event that the packaging is intact but your print is faulty or damaged please contact us and we will organise a replacement for you.
